The cylinder leak tester in gasoline engines is intended for quick and easy
diagnosis of leaks in the combustion chamber. With the tester you can check
the degree of engine wear by supplying compressed air to the cylinder
and determining the percentage pressure dropped due to cylinder leaks.
It detects i.e. piston ring damages, suction or exhaust valve damages,
head gasket damages.
