Professional thread repair kit M5-M12. Drills and taps are made of high speed steel HSS 4341. Single-stage taps are threaded into a helical insert made of hard stainless steel. The insertion knob is provided with a guide wheel and a punch which breaks the protruding end of the insert. Set for 5 types of threads: M5 x 0.8 x 6.7 mm, M6 x 1.0 x 10.8 mm, M8 x 1.25 x 10.8 mm, M10 x 1.5 x 13.5 mm, M12 x 1.75 x 16.3 mm.

How to use
- Determine the size of the damaged thread and then select the repair kit in the same size.
- Deform the damaged thread with a drill bit from the set.
- Then tap it with the tap supplied. The tap must be seated

- Place the cartridge on the Spiral Cartridge Wheel so that the transverse part of the cartridge is in
Slot knob. Then secure the cartridge with a ring so it does not stretch
During screwing. Secure the ring with a screw.
- Screw the cartridge completely into the previously threaded hole. Pull out the knob. Using a pin
Break the transverse part of the cartridge.
- Screw the screw in the repaired thread.
