The manual hammer drill is an ordinary power tool intended for drilling holes in a variety of materials: metals, wood, plastics, concrete, masonry, etc. with cylindrical shank drills appropriate for the material. The drill has the functions of smooth regulation of spindle revolutions, change of rotation direction, drilling with and without impact. It can also be used to screw in and out screws using commercially available screwdriver bits.
